58 Aussie Chev Car Radio.

The Aussie 58 Biscayne did not have a radio opening in the dash; If a radio was ordered it was fitted into a Pod which mounted under the dash, see the photos below. I have seen the RHD dash modified to fit the US radio, it looks great, photos below, I can put you in touch with the guy who did the dash mods. Another way is to mount a radio under the dash is in a reproduction radio pod, contact me if you require one.

At this stage I’m not sure of what size speaker the Biscayne used, but there is a removable grill in the top of the dash. if you have any info on the size, please let me know. I keep the most common Hi Power Speakers in stock.
